From our Abbotsford office, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our USA Sales Director—keeping operations smooth, customers happy, and logistics efficient.
The Role
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Sales & Logistics Coordinator who thrives on problem-solving, building strong relationships, and ensuring every order is processed and delivered on time. You’ll be the central hub connecting sales, customers, suppliers, carriers, and warehouse staff.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with and reporting to our Canadian Sales Manager as well as the USA Sales Director to process orders, quotes, and customer requests.
- Provide timely updates to customers and sales teams regarding orders, shipments, and delivery timelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, changes, and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
- Logistics & Order Management - Coordinate shipments from start to finish, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery.
- Work with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to move goods efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records, coordinating with warehouse staff for picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Obtain and process shipping documents (BOL, customs paperwork) for smooth invoicing and compliance.
- Problem-Solving & Compliance - Resolve issues such as shipment delays, damaged goods, or route changes quickly.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. import / export regulations and trade requirements.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or inside sales.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP / WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional, customer-first attitude.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of customs, freight operations, and trade compliance (an asset).
