Job summary

Walmart is seeking an Area Manager, Fleet Safety to lead fleet safety operations and support transportation offices with DOT compliance and driver training.

You will develop safety protocols, coach drivers, and use data to identify root causes and create dashboards for stakeholders, leveraging your strong communication and digital analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety management, environmental science, traffic safety, transit safety, or related area.
• 4 years’ experience in traffic safety within supply chain, retail, or related area.
• 2 years’ experience in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., TPM) within supply chain or transportation maintenance environments.
