TEEMA Group is seeking a US Tax Manager or US Senior Tax Manager/Principal to lead and grow our US corporate tax practice in Vancouver, BC. The role requires guiding staff and reviewing US returns, with emphasis on delivering value to clients and collaborating with Tax and Assurance teams.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of Canadian or US tax experience, CPA/CA/CGA/CMA designation, and strong communication and project management skills. US Master’s in Tax is a plus.

Qualifications

• CPA/CA/CGA/CMA designation is required or strongly preferred.
• US Masters in Tax is an asset for this role.
• 4+ years of experience in Canadian or US Tax in public accounting or industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

What you must have:

• Appropriate relevant accounting designation (CPA, CA, CGA CMA)
• Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
• US Masters in Tax considered an asset
• At least 4 years experience in Canadian or US Tax in public accounting or in industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail; quality driven
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Salary/Rate Range: $120,000.00 – $200,000.00
