Lawyer – Immigration Law (United States)

Montreal

Our client is a well-established law firm located in downtown Montreal. They are currently seeking a bilingual lawyer with a minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in U.S. immigration law, particularly in business mobility, to join their dynamic team.

On a day-to-day basis, you will have the opportunity to be involved in stimulating mandates relating to business immigration and international mobility based on American immigration programs. In particular, you will be required to establish immigration projects/strategies to facilitate the mobility of professionals from different jurisdictions to the U.S. Ideally, the chosen candidate will be licensed to practice in an American state.

However, if you have already practiced in U.S. immigration law, but are a member of a Canadian bar, our client would be happy to meet you.

Working with a sophisticated clientele with growing needs, you'll have the opportunity to take on professional challenges while benefiting from the support of a well-established structure and the expertise of seasoned colleagues who will be happy to provide training.

This is an opportunity not to be missed, with an employer offering a stimulating work environment with no billable hours, and competitive compensation!

INTERESTED IN THIS CHALLENGE? We look forward to meeting you!

Please send us your application in complete confidentiality via LinkedIn or at: droit@groupemontpetit.com, specifying the reference number: 25-0147P.

Should you wish to discuss this opportunity in more detail before sending your resume, our team will be pleased to provide you with further information.
