Office & Facility Management Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained work environment.
- Facility Management: Manage maintenance of office premises, infrastructure, security, and utilities.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and service providers (e.g., housekeeping, security, IT support, courier services) and ensure service quality.
- Asset Management: Maintain records of company assets, including furniture, equipment, and supplies; ensure timely procurement and inventory control.
- Administrative Support: Supervise administrative staff and support departments with document control, travel arrangements, and logistics.
- Compliance & Licensing: Ensure adherence to statutory regulations (e.g., labor laws, fire safety, environmental regulations), and maintain updated licenses and certifications.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets for administrative expenses and monitor cost-effectiveness.
- Event Coordination: Organize company meetings, events, and training sessions as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain administrative files, contracts, and official correspondence securely and efficiently.
