Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Perform basic machine operations and necessary adjustments to ensure the assembly process runs efficiently.
Inspect parts and finished products for defects to ensure total quality compliance, reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to all established health and safety regulations.
Assist with inventory management, including the accurate counting of components required for assembly.
Track and document production data, such as units completed and time spent, ensuring all paperwork is precise and up to date.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to consistently meet production targets and project deadlines.
Other duties as assigned.
