Job description

• Look after children in the employer's home;
• Bath, dress, and feed children as needed;
• Prepare formula and change diapers as needed;
• Plan, prepare, and serve meals for children;
• Oversee children’s routines, including meals, naps, and other daily activities as directed by the parents;
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean, and healthy home environment;
• Teach and guide children in personal hygiene and self-care habits;
• Support children’s emotional well-being and encourage social development;
• Apply discipline methods as specified by the parents;
• Provide age-appropriate educational and recreational activities, including games, crafts, reading, and outdoor play;
• Accompany children to and from school, training programs, and other appointments;
• Communicate daily with parents about the children’s activities, behaviors, and health while under care. Requirement :
• Completion of secondary school;
• Completion of a recognized training program in childcare;
• Preference given to candidates with an ECE Assistant Certificate or an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certificate;
