Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive professional planning experience in land use planning.
• Experience with preparing and managing planning and development applications.
• Strong understanding of Ontario’s planning framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of planning applications.
• Prepare planning reports, rationale studies, and technical documentation.
• Facilitate public consultation and community engagement.
