Job summary

Urban Outfitters Toronto store is hiring Brand Ambassadors to energize the sales floor at 235 Yonge St. This role focuses on authentic customer interactions, styling, and a love for pop culture to create a memorable shopping experience.

You’ll engage with customers, help keep the space inspiring and well-organized, and use store tech to support shopping across channels. Flexible scheduling, team collaboration, and employee discounts are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Love for Urban Outfitters and its brand.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life: show up as your authentic self and stay informed on product drops and trends.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with conversations and enthusiasm for products.
• Make Shopping Seamless: keep the store organized, restock displays, and support easy shopping.
• Use in-store tech to support customers who shop in-store, online or hybrid.

Create the Energy on the SalesfloorEngage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you’re genuinely excited about; your energy helps create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back

Make Shopping SeamlessHelp maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand

Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between

Stay Curious + FlexibleBe open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun
