Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee all capital-related activities, including drilling, completions, construction, production operations, and asset integrity.
- Conduct studies, including economic evaluations, for various strategic initiatives.
- Develop production forecasts and collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.
- Assist with the AWPB/5YP Budget process, comparing it to internal projections and conducting risk assessments on costs, licensing, scheduling, and type curves.
- Analyze transportation constraints within the WCSB and assess activities of competing producers.
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly updates with Finance & Accounting (F&A) to evaluate DD&A and P&L impacts.
- Review AFE with F&A to ensure proper categorization and validity.
- Address periodic inquiries from headquarters related to GHG and HSE updates.
- Prepare formal presentations for internal approval processes.
- Assist in the Reserves/Resources evaluation with third-party evaluators, ensuring accuracy in well performance, type curves, operating expenses, and capital costs.
- Evaluate both commercial and technical opportunities within the Partnership.
- Collect data for M&A assessments to inform Fair Market Value (FMV) calculations.
- Identify emerging trends through retrospective analyses to recommend risk-managed strategies for new business development.
- Ensure that the necessary data is collected, quality-checked, and properly archived in the company’s database.
- Monitor progress on assigned projects, ensuring they align with the project plan and making adjustments as needed.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with the Managing Partner.
- Perform any other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
- 3-7 years of experience within the energy industry.
- Registered or eligible for registration with APEGA.
- Strong knowledge of drilling, completions, workovers, production facilities, and pipelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Technical proficiency in Power BI and Spotfire.
- Highly motivated with a strong drive for excellence and initiative.
- Proven experience in production forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and assess risks when solving complex problems.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
