Job summary

S&R Seniors Living is seeking an Unregulated Care Provider (UCP) in our Clinical Department for part-time work in Ontario. You will provide medication under a Registered Practical Nurse's orders and assist residents with daily living, while delivering companionship in a home-like setting.

Flexibility in shifts supports work-life balance, and eligible staff receive extended health benefits, RRSP matching, and company events.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medication management; PSW, DSW, or Pharmacist Assistant experience required.
• Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) check completed within the past 6 months

Responsibilities

• Provide medication to Residents under the direction and orders of a Registered Practical Nurse
• Assisted Residents with activities of daily living
• Spending time and providing companionship to the Residents
• Completing Point-of-Care tasks specific to each Resident
• Helping keep the Resident’s area clean and clutter free
• Communicating a Resident update to your care team
• Supporting Team Members in the home during a themed day
• Help a Resident come down during mealtime and provide them any support needed through the meal
• Supported your team as needed.
