Job summary

Job Duties Include:
  • Assisting members of the Distribution Investment Planning team with responsibilities and tasks such as assessing and analyzing distribution system asset data, contributing to power system investment plans, working with stakeholders to improve asset data quality, preparing business cases, and designing process improvements.
  • Interfacing with internal customers, writing reports, assisting with presentations, and tracking task completion.

  • Enhance technical knowledge related to power systems planning.
  • Improve communication skills and ability to address technical and process issues.
  • Learn about power industry standards.
Job Requirements:
  • Discipline: Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or Engineering Science (power system option is an asset).
  • Academic Level: Completion of 3rd year or higher.
  • Skills: Good communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, teamwork, basic power system knowledge, and time management.
Work Logistics:

Location: 483 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario
Hybrid work: 2 days/week in-office (Wednesday), 3 days/week remote.
Some travel to other sites may be required.

Applicants must be enrolled in post-secondary studies and returning to full-time studies after the work term, unless the work is required to graduate. International students need proper work permits and SIN.
