Job Duties:

• Research and Analysis to understand industry and customer trends to effectively leverage customer engagement strategies

• Support in developing customer journeys that outline the customer needs, and interactions at various touchpoints

• Support in developing customer blueprints that outline the coordination of cross-functional teams involved in the implementation of customer journeys

• Business analysis and documentation

• Data analysis and reconciliation of various data sources

• Extract, transform and analyze data to answer key business questions

• Compile insights and analyses into Excel, PowerPoint, or other formats as required with clear visualizations to convey complex concepts and data to non-technical audiences

• May perform additional projects upon request

Selection Criteria:

• Currently enrolled in the 3rd year of a university program in Business, Computer Science or Mathpreferred, other university programs in information systems discipline will be considered.

• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with strong consulting and problem-solving ability

• Experience in the Electricity Industry (Power & Utilities, Renewables, etc.) is preferred

•Familiarity with UI/UX skills (Figma, Miro experience)

• Customer service skills to support users

• Gather and synthesize internal and external information

Skills you will develop:

• Business and process analysis experience

• Time management and planning
