  • Detail-Oriented & Analytical:Strong ability to review financial reports, contracts, and operational workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Technical Proficiency:Comfortable with SAP, Excel, financial tracking tools, PowerBI, and enterprise systems.
  • Communication Skills:Able to develop communication materials (PPT, newsletters, SharePoint sites) and build out an Operations Playbook for effective stakeholder management.
  • Problem-Solving Ability:Capable of investigating financial discrepancies, operational challenges, and contract variances.
  • Project Management Awareness:Understanding of basic project management principles, work order coordination, and workflow optimization.
  • Self-Starter & Adaptable:Willing to take initiative, learn quickly, and contribute meaningfully to cross-functional tasks.

  • Business, Finance, or Real Estate Students:Strong fit for financial tracking, forecasting, and contract governance.
  • Engineering or Facility Management Students:Well-suited for maintenance oversight, work order analysis, and vendor coordination.
  • Technology & Automation Enthusiasts:Ideal for streamlining workflows, improving reporting tools, and implementing digital solutions.

Finance Accountabilities:

  • Prepare requisitions, ensuring completeness and accuracy before submission.
  • Evaluate contract documentation for vendor exceptions, reviewing technical specifications, delivery requirements, and commercial variances.
  • Maintain procurement records system to meet audit compliance and corporate policies.
  • Resolve process discrepancies, manage accounting changes, and ensure financial integrity.
  • Compile financial reporting aligned with labour agreements for submission to leadership.
  • Work Program Accountabilities:

  • SupportFacilities & Real Estateactivities, ensuring efficient service execution in alignment with agreements and contracts.
  • Assist in managing facilities portfolios, evaluating sites, and recommending improvements for reliability and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and implementproperty/facility management programsto meet transmission & distribution business requirements.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, evaluating service provider capabilities on price, service levels, and deliverables.
  • Solve customer issues related to contract execution, maintenance performance, and service agreements.
  • Develop and refine facility work programs, maintenance cycles, and condition assessment initiatives for corporate sites.
  • Monitor service activities across workgroups, authorizing service provider work as needed.
  • Prepare operational standards, specifications, and compliance benchmarks for facility management activities.
  • Conductcost-benefit analysesto evaluate facility improvements and business case development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and trades to incorporate facility enhancements effectively.
  • Maintain awareness of emergingfacility management technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Guide leadership in optimizing corporate real estate strategies, balancing efficiency with long-term business needs.
  • Participate in thedevelopment of computer-aided facilities management programs (CAFM)for workflow tracking.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
  • Essential Competencies & Experience:

    • Business Administration (2nd Year or Above)
    • Strong knowledge of commercial contract conditions and procurement strategies.
    • Prior experience with corporate financial and procurement policies.
    • Extensive expertise withSAP, MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerBIfor reporting and analysis.
