The salary range for this position is CAD $28.31 per hour.

Reporting to the Manager, this position performs various clerical duties related to the operation of the MHSU Wellness Centre (MHSUWC) and Mental Health Outpatient Services, including the Psychiatric Urgent Response Clinic (PURC), Psychiatric Referral Service, Neurostimulation Clinic/Regional Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) Program, Substance Use Liaison Service, Consult Liaison Service, and Rapid Access Psychiatry Clinic.
The duties include reception, scheduling, maintaining client data, transcribing physician orders, and supporting communication across programs. As the first point of contact, the incumbent ensures a safe and welcoming environment through a positive, customer-service approach. The role involves working within an interdisciplinary team and supporting clients and their families in navigating the healthcare system.
Grade 12, medical terminology, graduation from a recognized Nursing Unit Clerk program, and at least one year of recent related experience in a mental health and substance use setting, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
