Job summary

Wesco is seeking an Operations Associate - Cutting in Calgary to join a unionized warehouse team. You will perform packing, shipping, light assembly and cutting tasks, while maintaining safety and quality in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will comply with operational, audit, safety and all other company policies. You will operate warehouse equipment including power equipment. Possesses a required understanding of job tasks assigned.

A Day in The Life of an Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate, your primary responsibility will be focused on cutting in addition to accurately performing assigned warehouse tasks such as packing, shipping and light assembly in assigned areas.

Compensation Details: $23.22 Per Hour

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
