Randstad is hiring a Call Center and Bilingual Benefits Customer Service Representative!

Industry: Professional Services (Financial, HR, Healthcare)

Pay rate: $21/hr

Position: Call Center and Customer Service Representative (Inbound Calls)

Location: Work from home

Hours of Operation: Monday - Sunday, 7 AM to 11 PM EST

Responsibilities:
  • Handle high volume of inbound customer calls
  • Answer questions and resolve HR and financial issues related to healthcare benefits, retirement plans, leaves, payroll, etc.
  • Process transactions like enrollments and updates
  • Navigate systems efficiently
  • Create and update files, communicate with third parties

Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years customer service experience
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Good computer and navigation skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, dependable in a fast-paced environment
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Experience in HR, Financial, or Healthcare preferred

Additional Information: This role requires fluency in English for communication with customers and colleagues outside Quebec. Responsibilities include interacting with English-speaking clients, reporting to managers outside Quebec, attending meetings, and working on projects in English.
