Job Description

Summary:
The Uniform Specialist is responsible for maintaining uniform service and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Developing and delivering new uniforms, establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, and maintaining accurate and efficient inventory management.
2. Providing daily uniform service: ordering, issuing, replacement, control of wear and tear, cleaning, moderate sewing, and utilization.
3. Managing uniform inventory: performing regular inventories, ensuring tidiness in storage and laundry facilities.
4. Managing annual budgeting for uniform-related expenses, ensuring they stay within the budget and forecasting for the following year based on business needs.
5. Ensuring that GPs' uniforms meet appearance standards during shifts, offering necessary assistance or adjustments as needed.
6. Cooperating with Evolution Academy and Floor Operations to ensure availability, distribution, and retrieval of uniforms from employees joining/leaving the company.
7. Analyzing and resolving quality and processing concerns.
8. Coordinating daily uniform service and maintaining inventory of all uniforms.
9. Working with internal systems (SST, JIRA, TTS, WIKI, Nevos, etc.).
10. Developing and maintaining internal documentation for the Evolution Uniform Service unit in compliance with company policies and supporting business needs.
11. Communicating with Evolution Academy and Floor Operations on uniform designs and delivery timelines.
12. Potentially revamping existing uniforms in line with company policies and operational needs.
13. Performing other duties as requested by the direct manager, related to this position, and meeting the qualifications.

Qualifications:

1. Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite and digital design software.
2. Proficiency in using industrial and domestic sewing machines.
3. Knowledge of different fabric types and sewing techniques.
4. Skilled in hand-sewing techniques for detailed finishes.
5. Expertise in garment fitting, including alterations and repairs.
6. Attention to detail in creating clean finishes, hems, and seams.
7. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong business communication and negotiation skills.
9. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects, and meet deadlines.
10. High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
11. Ability to work in a multicultural, diverse, and fast-paced environment.
12. Driven and results-oriented.
13. Flexibility to work shifts as required.
