CNA is seeking an experienced underwriting professional to manage a highly complex National Accounts Property (Engineered Property) book. You will analyze risks, develop endorsement language, and determine pricing with limited supervision, while collaborating with brokers across a broad territory.
You will contribute to policy development, mentor less experienced underwriters, and use CNA systems to deliver high-quality risk assessments.

Recognized as a technical expert in an underwriting specialty. Under general management direction, works within broad limits of authority on assignments requiring a high degree of technical complexity and coordination. May have regional, industry segment or company-wide scope.

The base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $140,000, complemented by a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to help our employees - and their family members - achieve their physical, financial, emotional, and social wellbeing goals. Base salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
