AIG underwriting teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, Multinational Clients, and High Net Worth individuals. How you will create an impact

  • Manage and service an existing renewal book of commercial cyber and E&O insurance in addition to producing and underwriting new accounts from brokers within an assigned territory
  • Coverage analysis of manuscript forms with the ability to tailor them to specific client needs
  • Pricing analysis using data analytics and modeling tools
  • Presentations and marketing to brokers and insured’s
  • Achieve assigned budget targets
  • Maintain profitability

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Previous Financial Lines underwriting experience is an asset
  • Previous Computer Science or Cyber Security skills would be considered an asset
  • Post-Secondary Education OR equivalent industry education and experience
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines following company guidelines as well as in a team-oriented approach to accomplish goals
  • Strong analysis and decision-making skills
  • The candidate will possess a strong drive to succeed
  • Confident knowledge of systems and PC applications, especially utilizing spreadsheets
