We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Underwriter, Residential Mortgages to join our growing CMLS (part of the nesto Group) underwriting team.
In this position, you will take a customer-forward approach when working closely with the Residential Sales team and our broker channel. You will utilize your detailed knowledge of the residential mortgage industry, conditions management, and regulatory compliance and sound decision-making skills to adjudicate mortgage applications originated through the broker network within an end-to-end environment. Our successful candidate will employ strong solution-focused communication skills to deliver their message and be highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
Salary Range : $70,000 - $80,000 / year + Monthly Variable Volume Bonus + Annual Performance Bonus
