Employment Type : Permanent

Location : Hybrid work environment, based in Ottawa or one of our Community Hubs in Toronto, Montreal, Quebec City, Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, or Vancouver. Relocation assistance available.

Salary Range :

  • Underwriter 13 : $50,936 - $67,915 + performance incentives
  • Underwriter 14 : $57,048 - $76,065 + performance incentives

Responsibilities :

  • Support delivery of ITG solutions, including applications and endorsements.
  • Determine eligibility of applicants for ITG support.
  • Generate policy and guarantee documents.
  • Communicate with customers and partners, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.
  • Review requests, manage documentation, and support team initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • 0-1 years (Level 13) or 1-2 years (Level 14) of financial services experience.
  • Bilingual in English and French preferred.
  • Understanding of credit risk standards and policies.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work collaboratively.
