Job Description
Position: Souscripteur II, Auto Financing TD
Two part-time positions available, 22.5 hours/week, on rotating schedules from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM Monday to Friday, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hybrid work model with 1-2 days in-office, potentially up to 37.5 hours/week based on business needs.
Main Responsibilities
Customer
- Make credit decisions efficiently within permitted limits for a wide range of credit products, respecting service level agreements.
- Support, advise, and provide alternatives regarding credit evaluations, ensuring adherence to TD policies.
- Address customer issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Enhance overall customer experience and foster good relationships with internal and external partners.
Stakeholder
- Prioritize and manage daily workload to meet service and productivity standards.
- Handle confidential information discreetly and escalate issues as needed.
- Make justified credit decisions within established norms and compliance guidelines.
- Contribute to audit success by understanding and applying directives and processes.
- Ensure proper credit underwriting processes are followed according to company policies.

Scope and Reach
- Perform credit underwriting and decision-making for moderately complex credit products.
- Authorize credit requests within discretionary limits.
- Maintain intermediate knowledge of credit products, processes, and systems.
- Respond to routine inquiries and identify operational issues.
- Provide detailed analysis and support for processes and operations.
- Understand and contribute to the broader functions and units supported.
Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
