Job summary

Nutrien in Saskatchewan is seeking an experienced Training Supervisor to join our mining operations. You will lead and deliver instructor-led and on‑the‑job training for hourly and staff employees, focusing on safe operation of mine equipment and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have Grade 12 education or GED.
• Underground Supervisor Certificate (Mines Branch) or eligibility required.
• Experience with mine operation, maintenance, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs with Training and Mine Departments and update materials.
• Deliver classroom and on‑the‑job training for hourly and staff employees.
• Instruct operator proficiency and safe operating techniques on mine equipment.
• Support Safe Methods and Culture of Care across the site.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback.
• Access training materials using SuccessFactors/myHR.
