As part of the Health & Safety Team, the Underground Trainer primary responsibility is to assist the Training Coordinator in the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs for employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
You will develop engaging training materials, conduct interactive training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs. Collaborating closely with the different department, you will identify training needs, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and foster proactive safety practices
We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000/year - $125,000/year based on experience and qualifications, along with an annual discretionary short-term incentive award at a percentage of base salary, rewarding exceptional contributions to team and company success.
