Job summary

Park Paving Ltd. is seeking MAINLINE EXCAVATOR OPERATORS for the Underground Division in Edmonton for the 2026 season.

This full-time seasonal role offers competitive wages with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, RRSP matching, and advancement opportunities. Responsibilities include operating excavators safely, conducting pre/post trip inspections, and coordinating with crew and subcontracted trucks.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Experience with heavy equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators safely and perform pre/post trip inspections and basic maintenance.
• Understand shoring methods and safe excavation practices; use shields, boxes, air/shoring and slide rails.
• Collaborate with crew and subcontracted trucks to complete work efficiently and maintain safety standards.
