Ideal candidates are safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and possess prior underground mining experience along with required underground certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience operating long-hole drilling equipment in underground hard-rock mining.
• Underground mining experience required or preferred.
• Must have underground drilling certifications.
• Valid driver’s license, where applicable.
• Ability to read drill plans, layouts and survey markings.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks in an underground mine.
