Komatsu Canada is seeking a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician to join our underground service team in Timmins. You will support our MTI, Montabert, Timberock and Joy Global equipment family, and work with our Komatsu underground mining machines to keep production moving safely and efficiently.
The role requires hands-on experience with mining equipment, the ability to travel and work overtime, and a commitment to safety.

Reports to: General Supervisor
Shift: 5x2, 7x7 or 14x14- discussed during recruitment process
Allowances: This role is eligible for additional premiums and company provided service vehicule
Safety Sensitive: Yes- drug & alcohol testing, physical demand fit testing, RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5-year provincial driving record will be required
Travel: Up to 40- 60% travel required for this role
Relocation: This role iseligible for relocation
