As the Real Estate Agency Manager based in Dubai, you will be at the heart of Azizi Developments’ agency relations, tasked with fostering key partnerships with real estate agencies across the UAE and internationally. Your primary goal will be to develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that drive property sales, attract investors, and further elevate Azizi’s presence in the competitive market.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide training and presentations and marketing tools to potential agents and real estate companies on AZIZI Developments.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing agents and real estate companies and ensure continued business relationship is maintained.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the agents and real estate companies in the designated country.
  • Organize sales events in the designated country.
  • Conduct market research and provide insight on market conditions.
  • Handle disputes or issues that are faced by agents and real estate companies and escalate where required.
  • Prepare regular reports on the performance and activity level of agents and real estate companies.

Here’s what you need:

  • You must be familiar with operating on the Canadian real estate market.
  • Bachelor’s degree or professional certification/Diploma in management/administration or 3 years’ experience working in a similar capacity.
  • Ability to prepare and carry out presentations.
  • Capable to manage multiple tasks and projects including managing external agents and real estate companies.
  • Excellent computer skills, MS – Excel, PowerPoint, and MS - Outlook.
