Job summary

Paralucent Inc. is seeking an experienced UiPath professional to monitor, support and optimize production automations. You will work under the UiPath Lead to build and refine automations, perform root cause analysis, and document fixes for a smooth shift handover.

The role also involves supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions when needed, including Power Automate and Power Apps, with a focus on reliability and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• 4 years of hands-on UiPath development (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework).
• Experience supporting automations in production.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, support and resolve issues on production UiPath automations.
• Build and enhance automations under the direction of the UiPath Lead.
• Carry out root cause analysis and document fixes in the support runbook.
• Hand over clearly to the next shift so support stays continuous.
