Your future duties and responsibilities :
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into exceptional UI / UX experiences.
- Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to gather user insights and inform design decisions.
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Ensure UI elements and interactions are consistent, intuitive, and accessible across all devices.
- Translate design concepts into production-ready assets for developers, including style guides and component libraries.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UI / UX design trends and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide design feedback to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles within the development team.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role :
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Cross functional meeting / session facilitator.
- 6+ years of experience as a UI / UX Designer with a strong focus on user experience (UX).
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex user interfaces for SPAs.
- In-depth knowledge of design principles like user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
- Expertise in ReactJS and understanding of web development concepts.
- Mastery of Figma for design prototyping and collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centered design.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces.
- Portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects, particularly those using ReactJS and Figma.
- Experience with other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Experience with accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
- Understanding of front-end development frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material-UI).

If the resource has full stack experience plus UX, would be strong match with wireframe experience to hand over to development in Angular, i.e. more technical.
