Role Overview

We are seeking a UI / UX Designer with proven experience in SaaS product design and a strong understanding of the hospitality domain. The ideal candidate has worked on subscription-based platforms, understands guest lifecycles, and can create intuitive, user-centric designs for enterprise dashboards, guest portals, and mobile apps. This is a remote role open to candidates in the US or Canada (Canada preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine SaaS product experiences across web, mobile, and TV apps.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Work on property management dashboards, guest portals, mobile apps, and TV apps.
• Conduct design reviews, critique existing flows, and suggest improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or Adobe XD.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Experience

• SaaS Product Design: Hands-on experience designing subscription-based SaaS products (not websites).
• Hospitality Industry Knowledge: Experience with software for hotels, vacation rentals, or property management.
• Understanding of Guest Lifecycle: Reservations, check-in / out, transient guests.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to explain design rationale and collaborate effectively in a distributed team.
• Agile Mindset: Comfort in fast iterations and rework.
• Tools: Figma or Adobe XD (flexible).

Nice to Have

• Experience working with enterprise-grade platforms.
• Familiarity with hardware-integrated software products.

Interview Process
