Job summary

Location: Remote in the U.S. or Canada; West Coast preferred or PST hours required.

Compensation: $55–$65 per hour.

About the role

Design and ship web UI for NETGEAR’s direct-to-consumer storefront, working within and extending an established atomic design system. The role focuses on netgear.com; the app is managed by a separate product team.

Responsibilities

• Design web experiences from wireframe through developer-ready handoff, including campaign and product landing pages, category and listing pages, product detail pages, media and content pages, and product finder tools.
• Build with existing design-system components, create new components where needed, and keep the system coherent.
• Maintain Figma libraries, components, variants, and tokens, with clear documentation.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, check feasibility, and review designs in staging before launch.
• Use website analytics and consumer research to inform design decisions and recommend page improvements.
• Coordinate with the Graphic Designer, marketing team, and app team to maintain a consistent brand and visual experience.
• Provide occasional advisory design direction to teams maintaining their own pages and use AI tools where they improve workflow.
