ABOUT YOU :
When you join Tribute, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team creating meaningful digital experiences for the funeral profession and the families they serve. We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented UI / UX Designer who thrives in collaboration and fast-paced environments. You’ll develop intuitive, visually compelling solutions across family-focused tools and eCommerce systems, ensuring seamless functionality for both B2B and B2C users. A strong communicator and team player, you embrace feedback and believe great design comes from collaboration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Create and refine personas, customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Miro.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to inform strategy, roadmaps, and user journeys.
Work with product managers to integrate UX into product roadmaps.
Oversee design implementation for a cohesive user experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE :
