UI/UX Designer – RockWallet

RockWallet is a financial technology company focused on empowering users to manage digital assets securely and easily. We’re expanding our team and looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to shape the experience of our self‑custodial wallet and other products.

Role Overview

UI/UX Designer will be responsible for the full design process, from research and wireframes to high‑fidelity mock‑ups, prototypes, and final deliverables. The role requires deep user‑centered design expertise, strong graphic design skills, design system management, and a solid understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design of the crypto self‑custodial wallet, including wireframes, mock‑ups, prototypes, and product delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to create intuitive, user‑friendly designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Own, manage, and evolve RockWallet’s design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• Translate complex product requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
• Maintain visual consistency and define behaviors such as error or warning states.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align projects with strategic objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies in the crypto and blockchain space.
• Deliver detailed design specifications and work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Generate and refine user flows, prototypes, and polished designs.
• Design and release product enhancements of exceptional quality, crafting compelling narratives of product opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally in blockchain or financial technology sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field.
• Proven UI design portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user‑system interaction.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Experience creating, managing, and evolving design systems across products.
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest UI trends and technologies.
• Ability to work autonomously, taking concepts from exploration to completion.
• Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Adaptability to fast‑paced, dynamic environment and changing priorities.
