Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Experience Vision & Strategy. Establish and maintain a coherent UX roadmap aligned with product objectives and brand guidelines.
- Feature Conceptualization & Prototyping. Translate product requirements into high-fidelity Figma prototypes, incorporating AI-assisted design where appropriate.
- Team Leadership. Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 4-5 designers; oversee performance management and professional development.
- Design System Governance. Evolve and enforce CORSAIR's design system, ensuring accessibility compliance and cross-platform consistency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. Partner with engineering, firmware, and product teams to deliver on schedule, removing obstacles and advocating for user experience priorities.
- Continuous Feedback Integration. Convert insights from user research team, technical marketing team, and in-app telemetry into actionable prioritized backlog items.
- Experience : Minimum 10 years in UI / UX design with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tool Proficiency : Expert-level Figma, including auto-layout, variables, and advanced prototyping.
- Leadership Record : Demonstrated success in building and retaining high-performing design teams.
- Domain Expertise : In-depth understanding of PC components, peripherals, and corresponding control software.
- AI & Analytics : Practical experience applying AI / ML tools for design generation, user-behavior prediction, or adaptive UI.
- Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Work Authorization : Eligible to work in the United States or Canada.
