Help build the digital experience for one of Canada’s most ambitious disability rights organizations.Right to Live Canada is a federally incorporated nonprofit focused on supporting and empowering Canadians with disabilities. We’re building a bold, emotionally powerful new website and we’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to lead our volunteer design team.----- What You Bring- Professional experience in UX/UI design for web or mobile, with a portfolio that preferably includes clean, high-conversion public websites or nonprofit platforms.- Expert in Figma and passionate about building functional, emotionally compelling user journeys.- Deep understanding of user-centered design, responsive layouts, accessibility (WCAG), and collaborative workflows.- Experience in working in a remote team environment preferred.- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of driving progress - Bonus: Experience designing donation pages, membership flows, or campaign microsites for mission-driven organizations.- Bonus: Experience with Google Ads and designing around conversion pipelines----- Our Stack- Design: Figma (Dev Mode + shared libraries)- Build: Wix Studio (Figma plugin support, responsive control)- Collab: Slack, Google Office Suite + Drive----- How to ApplyApply through volunteer connector or email volunteer@righttolive.ca with:- A link to your resume and portfolio (Figma or website)- A short note about why this mission resonates with you- A 2–3 sentence summary of your experience leading design or working on social-impact projects

Certification or Education Required
Post-secondary education in a related field to Web Development is preferred.
