No Hero, a Co-Development boutique crafting world-class Video Game UX/UI, is looking for a talented Senior UI Artist / Designer to join the team! If you’re passionate about enhancing player immersion and iterating to bring stunning visuals to life, we want to hear from you.

In this role you will be directly collaborating with internal and external teams on a variety of exciting Indie, AA, and AAA titles (yes, all of them) while also finding opportunities to create lasting impacts in the industry.

What You'll Do

• Craft and iterate on exceptional Game UI designs, engaging presentations, and interactive prototypes.
• Create and present Art Directions with a unique point of view.
• Collaborate with UX Designers, UI Developers, and the Creative Director while meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality output-- this is a fast-paced environment.
• Brainstorm with the team to discover new opportunities to help the studio grow.
• Aid in the creation of marketing materials.
• Stay proactive, organized, and committed to getting things done efficiently and effectively.

Who Thrives in This Role?

In simple terms, this person will succeed if they are excited to be part of a small and emerging studio, enjoy working through challenges with stakeholders in a creative manner, deliver pixel perfect assets, and are kind.

Experience:

• 5+ years as a UI Designer in the Video Game Industry working at a credible studio.
• 2+ years working within AAA in the same or related role.

Skills:

• Expert in crafting UI visuals and mockups for established or new design systems.
• Able to work across a variety of art styles.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools.
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to quickly execute new ideas.
• Experience with asset optimization for Unity and/or Unreal Engine.
• Bonus if you're able to work within the editor
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative process is essential. Please provide a link to your portfolio with your resume.
