Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software Quality Assurance and Testing, with minimum 3 years as Test Lead or UAT Manager.
• Proven track record leading UAT for a Loan Origination System implementation.
• Direct experience with Empower LOS is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive UAT strategy for LOS implementation.
• Manage UAT execution and facilitate daily testing activities.
• Lead defect triage meetings and manage defect lifecycles.
• Obtain formal UAT sign-off confirming system readiness for production.
