Responsibilities include developing and providing counseling services to assist students with psychological, educational, social, and developmental concerns; triaging and responding to Person of Concern reports; providing individual and group counseling; screening for mental health issues; crisis intervention; offering referral services; planning educational outreach; serving on committees; collaborating with campus teams; maintaining a visible campus presence; and performing other duties as assigned.
Required: Masters in Counseling & Guidance, Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or related; one-year post-master's relevant experience; ability to obtain Arkansas state license within two years; strong communication and computer skills.
Preferred: Clinical license; experience with diverse student populations; expertise in mental health assessments and treatments; experience on intervention teams; understanding of college developmental issues.
