A leading organization offering mental health services is seeking a full-time Night Counsellor for their U13/Mountainside program. The role involves attending to the security and welfare of children overnight, providing support and supervision in a therapeutic environment. TheSpecializedU13 and Mountainside Programs are trauma-informed, relationship-based, intensivetreatment programsserving youth between the ages of 9 and 13. We use evidence-based treatment methods including, the NeurosequentialModel of Therapeutics (NMT), developedby Bruce D. Perry, M.D., Ph.D., into our therapeutic milieu-basedtreatment program.
We are looking for a regular, full-time Night Counsellor. This is a awake, overnight position working from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
The Night Counsellors’ primary responsibilities are to attend to the health and welfare of the children and the security of the programs and campus. Employees in this classification perform essential work as it applies to the care, nurturance, and supervision of our youth.

Salary Range: $44,424-$56,064
