U-Box Customer Care Driver Responsibilities:

• Operate a flatbed truck
• Operate an 8000lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift
• Load and unload storage containers for delivery
• Transport storage containers to and from destinations such as customers’ homes and local businesses

Minimum Requirements:

• Clean motor vehicle driving record
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Canada Class 3 or D Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement, a clean driving record, and ability to pass a criminal background check

Work Environment:

The job involves moderate risks requiring safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, machinery, fumes, or irritant chemicals. Protective clothing or gear like masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be necessary.

Physical Demands:

The role requires physical exertion, including long periods indoors and outdoors, moving or repositioning to reach tools, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs, assisted or unassisted.
