Qualifications

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Kundenservice.

Job description

We are currently looking for a new extraordinary teammate to join us at The Wine Shop. We seek professional, passionate sales individuals focused on delivering a superior shopping experience to our customers.

**Responsibilities include:**

1. Ensuring total customer satisfaction and providing outstanding customer service to every customer.
2. Assisting customers with their purchases and providing product information when required.
3. Assisting with product shipments and merchandising, including light cleaning of shelves and display units.
4. Handling cash and accurately balancing the till.
5. Complying with Health and Safety rules & Security within the workplace.
6. Contributing as a team player who supports team efforts.

**Qualifications:**

• Demonstrated guest/customer service excellence focus.
• Experience working with computer-based point of sale systems and handling cash is an asset.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Smart Serve Certification.
• Working knowledge of Windows applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to consistently lift 40 lbs on a regular basis.
• Able to be on your feet for the full shift.
