Job summary

Suncor Energy Inc. in Fort McMurray, AB is seeking a Senior Turnaround Planner to develop execution-ready work packages and plans that support safe, reliable maintenance execution.

You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure scopes are defined, resources aligned, and materials available well before execution begins.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of planning and scheduling experience.
  • Experience supporting maintenance and turnaround execution.
  • Knowledge of OEMS processes and Turnaround Playbook.
  • Ability to gather data from engineering docs and asset history.

Responsibilities

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in planning activities and work package quality.
  • Review and prioritize turnaround work and develop optimized job plans.
  • Coordinate resources, materials, tools, services, and procurement documents.
