Job description

Our Rocky View, AB branch is looking for an exceptional individual to join our service department as a Turf Service Technician for our Agriculture Division (John Deere).

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Efficiently evaluate the working condition of turf equipment, diagnose issues, assemble/disassemble, order parts, and repair equipment.
2. Use secondary materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
3. Utilize related instruments, hand and power tools, secondary equipment, and computer systems.
4. Accurately document all machine information, actions taken, and time on work orders.
5. Continuously assess hazards associated with service tasks and ensure work is performed safely and to standards.
6. Use computer applications (e.g., John Deere Service Advisor) to document maintenance, inspections, and diagnoses.
7. Use parts catalogues to locate and order parts from parts personnel.
8. Road test equipment and check attachment operation as required.
