Job summary

RattleSnake Point Golf Club in Milton, Ontario seeks an Associate Superintendent to lead daily maintenance and turf care activities under the Golf Course Superintendent. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety, and high playing conditions.

You will train staff, manage irrigation and IPM practices, and ensure equipment and facilities are kept to the highest standards. This is a full-time, permanent position with ClubLink's inclusive workplace policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years formal education or a turf management degree/diploma.
• Valid Ontario Landscape Exterminators Licence.
• Available for work every day.
• Organized and energetic approach to responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Make recommendations to the Superintendent on daily course conditions.
• Work within ClubLink's team policy at management level.
• Practice and enforce Golf Course Maintenance and Health & Safety policies.
• Assist with staff training on machinery and safety procedures.
• Maintain buildings, equipment, and property in a professional manner.
• Contribute to pesticide and fertilizer IPM practices.
• Maintain knowledge of irrigation systems, automated controls, and repairs.
