Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent edging and clean presentation standards.
• Safely operate equipment on uneven terrain and slopes.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and turf guidelines.
• Work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Assist with additional turf maintenance tasks as needed.

Position Summary

We are seeking Trim Crew Members to support our Turf Maintenance operation. This role is primarily responsible for string trimming (weed eating) across the golf course, with a strong focus on mounds and transition areas between holes.

This position involves repetitive trimming work performed as a team, three times per week, often in high heat and changing weather conditions. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently outdoors.

• Trim mounds, slopes, and defined turf areas between holes
• Maintain consistent edging and clean presentation standards
• Safely operate equipment on uneven terrain and slopes

Preferred (Not Required)

Note: Prior experience is an asset, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
