What you'll bring

• Minimum of two (2) years of paid professional experience in tax preparation.
• Ability to provide your CRA RepID to utilize the Représenter un client service upon onboarding.
• Experience with professional tax software for preparing and filing personal tax returns, including complex cases involving employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, T1135 forms, foreign income, and various credits and deductions.
• Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally through video and audio tools.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule with at least 20 hours per week.

Additional qualifications

• Experience with corporate tax returns (T2).
• Experience with Quebec tax returns (TP1).

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including base pay ranging from $24.50 to $33.50 per hour depending on location, with potential bonuses and benefits. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and location, with regular pay equity assessments.
