Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in filling out their income tax returns using TurboTax products.
• Provide tax advice and review personal tax returns, including full-service return preparation and handling product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find accurate answers and communicate them clearly to clients.
• Interact with clients via advanced video communication tools, maintaining detailed records of interactions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Ability to provide your CRA RepID for client representation services.
• Experience with professional tax software for complex personal tax situations.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally via video and audio tools.
• Willingness to work at least 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

Preferred Skills & Abilities:

• Experience with corporate (T2) and Quebec (TP1) tax returns.
• Strong understanding of tax laws, continuous learning, and ability to train others.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, resourcefulness, and technical troubleshooting skills.

Intuit offers a competitive salary ranging from $24.50 to $33.50 per hour depending on location, along with bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits. The role is virtual and involves client interactions via video communication tools.
