Responsibilities include:

• Helping clients complete their tax returns using TurboTax software.
• Providing tax guidance and reviewing personal tax returns, including complex situations.
• Utilizing government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers.
• Interacting with clients via video and audio tools in a professional manner.
• Documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Experience with professional tax software and complex tax situations.
• Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Flexible availability for at least 20 hours per week.

Additional assets:

• Experience with Business (T2) and Quebec (TP1) tax returns.
